Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipping date.
The shipping cost within Slovenia is calculated at the checkout.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time for European countries is 5–10 business days.

I received a damaged product
It could happen, but we hope it won't. In this case, we apologize. Please contact us and we will quickly resolve the problem.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your product and enjoy it for many years to come but if you are not, you can return it under the following conditions:
1. Conditions for returning a product:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The product must not show signs of wear or use.
The return must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email.
2. Return Procedure
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with the return address.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend returning the product using a traceable shipping service.
3. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
